Her whole patreon is some kind of misunderstanding. I recently bought subscriptions at the "all access patreon" level to see what was out there. It is the worst money I have spent in my entire life. This exclusive content and elite club as she calls it consists of her posting a selfie once a month. This is wrapped up with video tips on how to create a new habit and that sort of silly stuff.
It's less interesting than her Instagram. It is frankly a fraud on people and treating them as stupid suckers.
I wasn't expecting exposure of nudity, but something actually interesting. This is all about money here. Money from naive people.
I have no idea if she actually found someone who pays her a few thousand dollars. To me it is absurd.
I am writing this to warn others against wasting their money.

I never considered to give her 1 cent for anything of her Patreon, because for sure there could not be anything interesting (I mean, nude or sexy)
She is a wonderful independent business woman, she has never done nude and never will do, this is clear to me and should be clear for everyone

I would like to add one more thought. I think Xenia is emblematic of the generation of women born after 2000, who can't really do anything but monetise their physicality. This generation is unproductive.
If social media didn't exist these women wouldn't survive in the free market of the month, where real competence and knowledge count.
Xenia always emphasises how hard she works. How important ambition, determination and similar qualities are. In that case, let her go back to Chelyabinsk or Murmansk where she comes from and start her career there. A career that consists of taking the same photos of face, plates and other silly things a thousand times over.
If you have the perfect body, the prerequisites for a start in life you can then write books on how to squeeze juice from lemons.
