Supposedly OnlyFans is about to outright ban posting of sexually explicit conduct, so the ride might be over soon folks.
I thought I came across a headline that stated that. Is that for real? Maybe Sarah wouldn't mind giving it up as she doesn't seem to be too enthusiastic about OnlyFans in the first place and she doesn't seem to be too greedy for money. then again, it might break her heart to lose out on so much money. Onlyfans has given her more money than she has ever had in her life. If I were losing out on all that cash, I'd be tearing my hair out.

I wonder how the other creators are going to manage or what they think about this news

From Bloomberg:

OnlyFans is getting out of the pornography business.

The company will prohibit users from posting any sexually explicit conduct, starting in October. Creators will still be allowed to post nude photos and videos, provided they’re consistent with OnlyFans’ policy, the company said Thursday.

The changes are needed because of mounting pressure from banking partners and payment providers, according to the company.
“In order to ensure the long-term sustainability of our platform, and the continue to host an inclusive community of creators and fans, we must evolve our content guidelines,” OnlyFans said.

OnlyFans has attracted more than 130 million users by giving online creators a platform to charge their fans for photos and videos. Many of its most-popular creators post nude photos and videos, and it has been praised for giving sex workers a safer place to do their jobs.

But sex work still has a stigma. And OnlyFans is trying to raise money from outside investors at a of more than $1 billion. The company handled more than $2 billion in sales last year, and is on pace to more than double that this year. It keeps 20% of that figure.

Since that nudity is still allowed, this new rule may not affect Sarah Beattie and her content

Since they only brought in $2 billion based mainly on porn it is platform suicide to step away from that. Anyone remember Tumblr?
True. It's a stupid move to step away from porn when it's the very thing that made OnlyFans the success that it is today. Lots of people are going to leave.

However, since they claim that nudity is still allowed, Sarah Beattie might still be able to post her stuff. All Sarah does is basic nude softcore stuff (which at times can barely be considered nudity). She never does anything sexually explicit and if she was feeling any pressure to do so, this new rule takes that off of her shoulders

Except that if you're collecting money from people for content there is sort of an obligation to, you know, post new content.
Yeah I'm not too broken up about it if I'm going to be honest, but I'm also not extending my sub cycle past this. Mine expires 10/14, so after that someone else will have to update the thread, assuming there is even anything to update.

edit: she has also gone dark on twitter fwiw, so honestly I also hope she's just okay.
