However - the first 2 times you click the link, it opens some pop up. Close it and click the link again.
Also, I needed to download a new WinRAR. The old one did not recognize the file.
Wrong. The file is perfectly fine. Mostly repeats however so if you are reasonably up to date on her material don't waste your time.
