I don't know why she forgot about her Fansly, but in Russia there is a problem with verifications and withdrawals to cards (since Visa and Mastercard don't work), besides this platform takes 20% or more and is not as popular among Russian speakers as Telegram. This is no longer her VK account, just like her Telegram account (nessa_russmegan). Both are run by some guy who, with her consent, sells her 18+ content (mostly old pvt OF videos). Occasionally this guy receives some new videos and photos from Nessa to make it seem like these accounts are run by Nessa

It's standard practice for models and it was standard practice for her too. She was always led by a manager, even at onlyfans.
A lot of onlyfans agencies that take models, help them get promoted, the correspondence is handled by a manager - it's totally normal.
In fact, if a page has unique content that she sends in, it's still her page.
I wouldn't call him her manager. He sells mostly old videos (some of which are not publicly available online, but they are still old by the time they were created, although for us they are "new" because we haven't seen them before) in poor non-original quality (many are 480p). For about half a year he has been selling the same videos (sometimes uploading short stories to the profile). It looks more like Nessa sold/gave him her VK page. I doubt that she is even interested in the pennies for which he sells these videos. Usually, if the model is active, new videos appear regularly, but in this case it is just a sale of the old archive
