His Tattoos are knew.
About 6-12 months ago he didn't have them.(The video is old)

Mavrin has lost some weight,and the hands cannot really mean much,since none of them have marks.

But having a Camera and Natalee Actually having affection towards him makes me think he Indeed is Mavrin.

Out if curiosity,I took photos of his hands,if you want to compare.
But they don't have much difference.

He didn't have his beard before, that's for sure.

As for the hands,they are blurry/and cannot really be seen...But,his hands are clean,with minimum hair only after the wrist (Just like the guy).

About the weight he hasn't lost any,but he seems not too thin so to say.

But really,what made me believe it was him is Natalee,she literally hugs his hand while he is filming and maybe even looking at him.

Yeah true dat, seems like they have been some kind of couple or something too since she got into marvins photography, so guess it would be weird if it was some other dude! but crazy world out there, one might never know
