The problem is you’re not talking to her. If it’s an agency then of course they can’t get you that photo because they don’t have it.

it’s the same reason why if you ask for anything really custom you’ll never get it.

Definy uses the agency for general posting an account management I think, but I’m pretty sure she’s the person who replies. Consistent answers, remembers past convos/me, she also drops in enough info that tells you she’s the same person you see on Instagram. Maria does none of this (plus her writing style changes all the time).
