As I predicted that it would only last a few days. Now it's gone.
You can do it manually with PowerShell scripts using VLC. You need to get the URL that contains master.m3u8 and use that to stream and convert it to an output mp4 file.
I guess we can all thank Apple for coming up with the HLS protocol and making our lives complicated...
