Yes it's called a 'handbra'. The girl below is also nude but the screen is covering the important parts too. In the video and photos of "Ming" above, you don´t see any clothes cover her body... , but what you see is still at least partial nudity!
Even if she is covering up some parts of her naked body with her hands she is still nude, as arms and hands are part of the nude body as well.

Unfortunately there’s no real need nudity from Ming, only one single topless photo that's just been posted. So as to not confuse Pattaya any more than he already is (easy to do), that is nudity being defined as “having nothing that block light rays from the skin of the taboo parts of a girl reaching your eyes”. Whether that’s the girl’s hands, being outside the frame of the picture, a digital censor block, mosaic pixellation, clothing, a wooden screen etc. It doesn’t really matter what it is that’s blocking the view, in the world of photo and video (not in real life), if you can’t see something, she’s not really nude…it’s called ‘censored’ in fact.
