Sorry but like I said, it's not possible for women to have that level of body fat, they simply don't have anywhere near enough testosterone. It's also an insult to girls who are perfectly fit and slim that won't have an even remotely visible six pack - they are fit chicks, this "girl" has a hormone problem. No matter how much a girl trains, she won't get a six pack, certainly not anywhere near the level that girl has...that's just insane.
Guys that are oversized use steroids, the same goes for girls...if it's beyond what is normally physically possible you can be sure her hormones are fucked up. Think about it, we've had beautiful, fit celebrities, models for a hundred years and none of them had a six pack.
What about broad shoulders? Surely that's also fit - would you find that attractive in a girl?
"Why do girls not get 6 packs?
It is very unnatural for most women to have six-pack abs while maintaining a healthy relationship with food and exercise. This is because women generally need a body fat percentage of at least 20 percent in order to remain fertile and have regular menstrual cycles."
By definition is quite literally NOT 'fit' for a girl to have a six pack, it's some kind of hormonal problem.
