There's no 'most'. People can be mixed even if they're not directly mixed from two different race parents because people can have DNA from all over the place throughout their ancestry. My Chinese ex had a nose that looked decidedly non Asian, very narrow from top to bottom, I didn't think it looked fake but she told me one time she was at the hairdresser's and a girl asked her if her nose was fake, and she said no of course. The girl kept saying it was definitely fake. But if you saw my ex's parents you'd know it was exactly as it should be.

If you want proof it's very easy, next time she streams you just ask her for any old photos of her. Anything from when she was a teenager or even just a few years back will clear all this up. No point in trying to look for little dots on already photoshopped photos or claiming her nose looks fake when people can have noses like that or her tits look fake when people can have tits like that.
Fake noses are based on real noses....they're not supposed to look unnatural so yes people can have noses like that very easily. Also the most common nasal surgery in Asia is to raise the bridge of the nose....so you're looking at the wrong place.
Fakes tits look like an extension of something or they appear to have something inside there. They're also not very big if she's had implants...most girls tend to be greedy and go oversized. We need some pictures of when she was younger. Or...you could just ASK her if she's had implants or not...
