It's a spam, don't click on them or your PC might get virtual diarrhoea. Any time you see those 'cuty' or whatever, 4/5 mega (fake) links, report them as spams instead of replying to them.
General rule of thumb of using the internet, never click on any link you are not familiar with. Even for a familiar site, check if the site's spelling is correct and if there is no hyperlink to the spam sites hidden underneath the texts.
