Was there a contract in which you explicitly and unambiguously agreed to those terms?

The email you posted said not to resell, post online, or use commercially. Strictly speaking, BitTorrent doesn't do any of those things. But I suppose that would be for the court to decide, whichever one would have jurisdiction, if it breaks the spirit of those restrictions, assuming you explicitly and unambiguously agreed to them.

He marks the videos. He superimposes a CGI tattoo of your name and credit card number on her ass in the videos thats how he knows.

I have those same 3 vids. bought them in May of 2020. I think they cost about $150 for all 3 of them. He used the feeding street dogs things as well w/ me. he doesn't mark the vids. he just asks you to not sell them
