You can use 7zip, it's free, and it decompresses almost any file. It is available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Thanks for sharing this! (y) But I'm sorry to say that the quality is not very good, it looks like 480p30 (DVD quality) upscaled to 1080p60. If this is what they are selling to people as 1080p quality, it's pretty scummy. Again I appreciate you sharing it anyways!

I don't know what you are looking at, but it looks quite good to me. I downloaded a 1080p 60FPS encrypted digital video. The only way to "unencrypt" it was to do a video capture on the HDMI split cable to another computer. I used OBS to capture it in 1080p 60FPS. It isn't perfect, but it is pretty close to the original.
