No they are not real. I make these. Whoever runs these sites like fapello is just stupid for grabbing those out of an fake thread and putting them alongside real megumi pics

It's ashame people fake her nudes now, especially as the very little NSFW stuff she does do, she is pressured into doing by her current boyfriend.

I use to know her personally and was very good friends and attended Cons with her till her boyfriend started to control her and made her cut off alot of her friends ect
