That's strange. This attached picture is much larger than the previous one 5mb vs. 100k, but the dimensions are the same, 800x600, while the file name appears to indicate the original was 3024x4032 pixels. Generally, increasing the quality/file size of a 800x600 picture to 5mb is not going improve the quality that much - you'll need to increase the pixel dimensions as well for that (meaning not scale down the original in pixels as much).
Does anyone have the original 3024x4032 image?
