I had no ideal it was her, but I'm not surprised either. There's a few that I would think would do that and her being the one figures.

Maybe a different site that is somehow immune to being taken down? like anonib(dot)al/of/
If you have any content, put it there, and I wouldn't even put her name in the post title or description. Maybe just put "Lyle's Girl" or whatever.
I'll be periodically checking that site in case anyone does.

Edit: Another idea is to use
You must be registered for see links
public albums. Again, don't use her name.
