My Backstory:
I began my journey on OF after I went viral on r/selfie (a popular Reddit subreddit). I began posting daily selfies there as a light/fun annual challenge. Then, I had a serious accident that resulted in over 30 stitches/sutures in my forehead. Despite that setback, I went ahead and posted a selfie immediately following my surgery. Over a year later, my first 'forehead scar' selfie remains the top post of ALL time on the r/selfie subreddit. My amazing followers (& my own internal work & self-love) inspired me to share positivity and hopefulness, even following a near-death experience.
