I got scammed too by misleading descriptions. I didn't know I could report.
Check out the terms of use for creators:
Section 9. b. v. specifically states that the content has to be as described by the creator. So it violates this if the content is not as described, AKA misleading description of content. I typically write out a paragraph or 2 explanation of the details and what I was expecting to see based on the description of the content, and then I say it was misleading and specifically mention it violates the terms of use for creators section 9 b v. 9 out of 10 times I get refunded. So I highly recommend people do this for any creator that scams them - hit em where it hurts, their money, and force them to actually make good content or else don't have misleading descriptions.

Yep. There was one time I reported someone for content that was sent to me several months ago, and I would have been refunded but they said there's a 3 month limit after purchasing content that it can't be refunded or something like that. So yes, definitely report if it's only been a few weeks. I'd still report even if it's months later, just to get a warning on their account at least.
