I tried explaining numerous times on how to NOT get your posts deleted, and apparently no one paid attention, so here we go
Here’s a simple statement, covered by free speech, and a fact, so it’s not liable for libel/slander, nor is it directly about anyone: “I saw a bunch of Sabrina Danielle’s pictures on a Russian site that I did not post, not really subject to American copyright law and certainly not enforced at this address”
“And I should also add, those sites are pretty secure, sometimes they even put “EZ” passwords on their albums that are really just numbers 1-5
Disclaimer: The above two statements are nothing but facts and there is no copyright being infringed on in the message, free information and free speech about simple facts is nothing that can be sent a DMCA notice.
So can you now all stop using Mega, direct uploads, attachments, and posting on sites that comply with American copyrights and DMCA? When new photos are available, you know where to put them.
