Those are spam links from a spammer. That's why the account was deleted. If you see Mega links, 95% chance its spam. This is annoyingly common on this site.

Yes, oddly it gives a more proper name when downloaded from the quoted link in your reply.
From the original link it's 5447364-d7f81c13df46d26f621d2e0ef43d6eb8.mp4
From your "view attachment 5447363" link it's RPReplay_Final1697615341.mov
If you can't right-click and save-as, maybe it works if you use an external downloader? That's what I do and it works.
It doesn't work from the page we're on, but it works if you open it in a new tab.
If nothing else, copy the video link and paste it in a new tab you made, if the new tab immediately closes when you click open in a new tab.
